At start,I just love to read blogs but never had the courage or I say time to write but definitely want it just to be on trend. Then my boyfriend told me that I can make money just by blogging but still can't do it because of school.
After graduation, I find it hard to look for job since I'm not yet a licensed engineer. So I had so much spare time. Looking for a "thing" to keep me busy, I remember about being a "blogger" so I did start creating a blog. But it has a big "?" of what would I post about. Would I go to tumblr? Would I program my own blog because I learned in school how to use the CODES. I decided to use the blogspot.com which is very interesting. I created my own designs. Put some personal stuffs. I have my blog name, my design, my URL but still no idea what would be my blog about so It kept me days before really posting my first official blog post.
I love fashion so much, especially back in college. I had a fashion online store before. I love to read Lauren Uy's blog, participate in challenges, read lookbook.nu, find some fashion inspiration online so I decided to post about fashion. But what would differ me from others? So I analyze myself as a simple girl reading the blogs, the prices, the tags, the perfect camera, the perfect make-ups and it is just frustrating because I don't know how to afford them. So I always look at the blogs and lookbook just for inspiration and would try to find the closest style match at my favorite shop which is everywhere the "Ukay-Ukay" (thrifty Shop). So I know many are out there having the same disposition as I am so decided to post about clothes that are not expensive but still classy. I enjoyed taking pictures, putting make-up on my face, ironing my hair and matching the clothes I have in my closet. It was so much fun. I could do this all my life.
Then, it gets boring. I don't have so much clothes. Tired of posing to cameras and be my own model. Can't buy even in thrifty shops because I had no job. So I looked for a job and find one (BPO world) but became so busy on it and can't find time and energy in "blogging". I got tired and just focused on my job. The I had to review for board exams, After passing, I need to find a job again, this time as an engineer and Thank God I found a great one. But still very busy. The blogger side of me drifted in the bottom of my priorities.
Earlier, I watched the movie :Perfect Man" of Hillary Duff where she was a blogger then my brother ask for my help to create a blog for him for a school assignment. Then it hit me, I wanna be a blogger again, This time not just about fashion but about my thoughts. About my life, the people around me. My faith in God. About the recent happenings. blog isn't just about money. Being a blogger means expressing yourself through writing and evenm if only few people will read it, it will still be fun since you are doing what you love. WRITING. I once was an Editor-in-Chief of our school paper back in high school and I really love writing about the typical life of everybody. I am so happy that I Still have the blogger spirit. I still have the BLOGGER WITHIN ME.
Prepare yourseves because you'll hear from me regularly. :)

Black and Lines
My blog is still under construction but it would not hinder me from posting my recent pics. I'm still experimenting on my blog and I hope that it would turn out well! (cross-fingers) :P
These clothes are not mine. hahahaha. These are from my sister's closet. I choose these pieces because I think that they really a match made from heaven. JK! hahahaha. So as I said the skirt and the blouse are from my sister's also the shoes.
We should start experimenting on our clothes. Don't be afraid because you might not know what it would turn out to be. It is not necessary to buy new clothe to find a piece that compliments your other pieces.

As I always say, Fashion is a knowledge not a luxury :)

Pink Loves!
Being a typical girl I always love having PINK things. I am really fascinated with this color. When I am wearing pink clothes I feel pretty. It just boosts my confidence in myself. I have so many favorite colors like violets, black, red, blue and yellow but PINK just always stands out from every color. If in your childhood you dreamed of being a princess then you definitely love PINK also.
I love this pink dress although I'm chubby the horizontal lines didn't made me look more chubby that what my body really was. I love that it fits perfectly. I could wear this on Sabbath or on a formal event.
I love my shoes. It's the classic black high-heel shoes. It fits with everything.
PINK definitely always make an impact. Don't be afraid to wear PINK because Pink rocks! Pink stands out! PINK LOVES!

Sabbath Drss
It will be my third post. i am so happy that I have gone this far. hahahah. Clap! Clap! for me. I usually don't last this long with this kind of thing, but maybe because I really like what I am doing I really did last.
So this time what I am wearing is my sabbath dress. I wore this at church last Saturday. But before I go to church I did took some pictures so I can share it to you guys. So my theme for that outfit is "Sophistication".
I love this peplum dress. I love the black part of it on the side because it made me look thinner. I also love the length because it is very feminine to me. I bought this in Boardwalk.

Summer Love!
Maybe it is a little late but better than never right? So here is my favorite summer attire. Of course I would assure you that this outfit is 100% thrifty. So fasten your seat belt and be ready for the ride.
So here is one of my favorite outfit this summer. A short blouse and a high waist denim shorts. I like this outfit because it consist of just 2 pieces but really rocking and edgy. I partner this outfit with just a slipper because I was thinking to wear this on beach but you could also wear this with a heels or a wedge. I already wore this with a blue 4-inch wedge, the one on my first post and it's really quite good. As you see I am not wearing any accessories because I am not really very fond of it.
The short blouse is printed with flowers, it has a combination of blue and violet color so the it was easy to be paired up with any shorts or skirt or anything you can think of. The color is very summer-y :)
The high waist short is very compatible with the short blouse because it covers up you whole body, it's sexy but not daring. And I love the details on the shorts.
I bought this together on the Christmas bazaar of Abs-cbn at the WTC, Pasay City.
For my head accessory, I just did a DIY ribbon.
Take Off:
Short Blouse ............................................. P 150.00
Denim Shorts ............................................ P 150.00
Head accessory ........................................ P 0.00
Total P 300.00
Would you believe it a summer outfit less than 500 but doesn't look like one.

First Post!
Yehey! A new start for me being a blogger! It's nice because this time I would write and share to you about what one of the things I really like doing, "Dressing Up". But this is not an ordinary blog that would tell you what are the labels from head to toe where you will be just frustrated because your money is not enough to buy the whole outfit. This blog is for those people who are like me that are totally in love in mixing up and dressing up but don't have enough money to buy expensive clothes from branded stores. This blog would just tell you what you could mix up in your closet that would give new flavor to your style.
Personally, I love shopping but my favorite places to shop are"Ukay-Ukay" - which you can see everywhere and "Divisoria" - every wannabee fashionista know where this is. There also times that I am buying on online stores if I know they are must have and there is no other way I could buy them.
So the picture above is taken last december 2012. I wore that at church. By the way I am a seventh-day adventist christian so I really love wearing dresses beacause since I was a child that was an outfit for me every saturday.
Take off:
1. Brown dress - It is made out of leather it is just pure brown until at the bottom of it which has a print if leaves (so obviously they are color green). At the back of this dress there is a big bow (sorry not included). I bought this dress at one of the Ukay-Ukays I frequently visits and it just cost me P65.00 Yeah a leather dress for P65.00
2. Belt - maybe the belt would look familiar to you beacuse they have that in Forever 21, BUT, I don't bought it there. HAHAHAH. I bought them at divisoria for 2 for 180. I was also shocked when I saw the same design. And the Forever 21 belt cost 250. So Yipee for me.
3. Blue Wedge (4 inch) - The shoes is the most expensive part of this style. I bought this online. Chellbee was the name of the page in facebook but I thing they have they're on account na. They have amazing designs from flats - wedges - stilletos in very affordable price. I can assure you the quality because I bought that last year for my birthday but I still have them and still giving extra flavors to every piece I wore. I always believe that i should spend more on shoes because it was really the one which carries the burdens. :)
So all in all the sum of the whole outfit is:
Dress .......................................................................... P65.00
Belt ............................................................................. P90.00
Blue Wedge .................................................................P650.00
P 805.00 - TOTAL
Not bad right. Less than a thousand but you have a very chic look.
